Madonna is upset at the way that the media has been talking about Britney Spears and has decided to speak her peace. “They need to step off,” she told the “Yo on E!” satellite radio show. “For real … Let’s go save her.”

Madonna, 49, said her daughter, Lourdes, 11, feels the same way. “She knows Britney, (but) she doesn’t really watch TV or read gossip stuff,” the pop star said in the interview. “I think she sort of gets the drift of what’s going on, and I think she feels very protective of Britney.”

Jamie Lynn Spears has been making waves in the celebrity world due to her recent pregnancy. Rumors have been flying around the internet that she is engaged to Casey Aldridge – the father of the child. Tina Robinson – Spears’ cousin – has confirmed the engagement.

Tina has not seen a ring as yet and she is not certain if the marriage would take place before or after Jamie Lynn delivers. “They probably weren’t expecting [the proposal] to be, like, right now, but with her being pregnant, that really pushed it up,” Robinson said.

Robin Williams and wife Marsha Garces Williams are getting a divorce after 19 years of marriage. Marsha filed for the divorce March 21st with the San Francisco Superior Court stating that it was for irreconcilable differences.

The two met when Garces Williams worked as a nanny for Williams’ son Zachary, whom he had with his previous wife, Valerie Valardi.  Robin and Garces Williams also have two children together, Zelda and Cody.

Richard Windmark is well known for his role in “Kiss of Death” which turned him into a star and one of Hollywoods best leading man. He has played in over 40 films and has been recognized as an accomplished actor. After suffering through a long disease Windmark has died at the age of 93 in his home.

The Los Angeles hospital that gave Dennis Quaid’s twins an overdose of a blood thinner has been fined by the state health regulators for $25,000. Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and around ten other hospitals in the area have all been cited by California’s Department of Public Health for violations that were “likely to cause, serious injury or death to patients.”

Halle Berry has experiences one of the best moments in a woman’s life – she has given birth to a beautiful baby girl. Halle gave birth Sunday and her publicist said that she “is doing great”.

Berry told Oprah Winfrey on her show last year that playing a mother in her latest movie, “Things We Lost in the Fire,” helped convince her that motherhood was for her. “I think it validated that I was meant to be a mother because every day I dealt with the character as a mother and thinking as a mother,” Berry said. “It let me know that I must be a mother.”

George Clooney is known for being the Sexiest Man Alive …twice and winning an Oscar. Yet, underneath it all he is an easy going actor who ignores the rumors and looks at the brighter side of things.

During an interview with Esquire they asked him if they could Google him to see what top search results and top rumors were about him. One of the items that pops up is a Facebook group headlined, “George Clooney is NOT the sexiest man alive,” which solicits members by declaring, “That man is so full of himself it isn’t funny.
