David Duchovny just entered a rehab center not for drugs or alcohol abuse - but for sex addiction. His lawyer - Stanton Stein - released a statement Thursday stating that Duchovny entered the facility of his own accord and said, “I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family.”

Hilary’s father - Bob Duff - was taken away in handcuffs Wednesday during a court hearing after being told by Judge Thomas Stansbury that he had violated an injunction against selling certain assets without seeking approval through the court first.
Twelve movie extras that played in the World War 2 film - ‘Valkyrie’ - are suing Tom Cruise and his production company for $11 million in damages. They are suing for bruises, cuts, and broken bones. The movie was made in Berlin last year.
The extras were injured on August 19, 2007, when the side panel of a period German army truck burst open as it drove around a corner in central Berlin. A lawyer for the extras told Reuters Television on Tuesday that witness statements indicated the truck’s side panel had not been properly secured.

Matt Damon and his wife Luciana welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world this week - according to a spokeswoman for the couple. They named the baby Gia Zavala Damon and it is reported that she is healthy.
Damon, 37, met wife Luciana, 32, in 2003 while she was working as a bartender in Florida and he was filming “Stuck on You.” They tied the knot in December 2005 in New York during a private ceremony attended by the bride’s daughter, Alexa, now 10, from a previous marriage.
